    This is where we need your support:

    We are seeking a visionary Director of Web Experience (all genders) with a deep understanding of D2C eCommerce to lead our tech team and drive innovation in our online retail platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and scaling technology solutions for D2C and B2B businesses.

    Your key responsibilities are:

    1. Strategic Leadership:
      Provide strategic direction and leadership to the tech team, guiding the development and implementation of our Ecommerce platform.
    2. Platform Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of our Ecommerce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and supports our business objectives.
    3. Customer Experience: Champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through the use of technology, with a focus on personalization, usability, and conversion optimization.
    4. Technology Innovation: Drive technology innovation within the organization, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Ecommerce and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of technology solutions with business strategies.
    6. Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    7. Budget Management: Manage the technology budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and alignment with business priorities.
    8. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as the implementation of robust security measures to protect customer data and company assets.

    You have the following experience:

    • Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on D2C Ecommerce.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and scaling technology solutions for D2C and B2B businesses.
    • Deep understanding of Ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations.
    • Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • You are fluent in English (C2), other languages are a big plus.
