These are our current challenges and future goals:

As the Head of Performance Marketing at Glow25, you will lead a dynamic team to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI across key channels, including Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and native ads. You will spearhead direct-response campaigns, optimize budgets, and expand into new international markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use data-driven insights to refine audience targeting and innovate marketing strategies for sustained growth.

This is where we need your support:

• Team Leadership & Strategy: You will lead and mentor the performance marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Glow25's business goals, while identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing resource allocation to ensure maximum impact.
• Channel & Campaign Management: You will take full ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns, ensuring that performance is continuously improved. Additionally, you will oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and lead influencer marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Data-Driven Optimization: You will use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. By monitoring KPIs and using insights from market trends and competitor analysis, you will refine strategies, improve targeting, and drive efficiency to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and creative—to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives. By fostering strong collaboration, you will help drive cohesive marketing initiatives that contribute to Glow25's overall success.

You have the following experience:

• You are fluent in English and German (B2).
• You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international markets.
• You are an expert in managing PPC campaigns across all important digital platforms.
• You have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and are experienced with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools. Additionally, you’re familiar with i nfluencer marketing strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• You are proficient in data analytics and can translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
• You have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• You excel in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
