These are our current challenges and future goals:
As Head of Performance Marketing at Glow25, you will lead a dynamic team to drive customer acquisition and optimize ROI across key channels like Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and native ads. You’ll lead direct-response campaigns, manage budgets, and help expand into new international markets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune audience targeting and innovate marketing approaches for sustained growth.
This is where we need your support:
- Team Leadership & Strategy: You will guide and mentor the performance marketing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement. You will create and execute marketing plans that align with Glow25’s business objectives, while uncovering new growth opportunities and optimizing resource allocation to achieve the greatest impact.
- Channel & Campaign Management: You will be responsible for managing key performance channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. You will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of PPC campaigns, ensuring ongoing performance improvements. Moreover, you will supervise SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and drive influencer marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: You will leverage data analytics to monitor, evaluate, and enhance campaign performance. By tracking key KPIs and drawing insights from market trends and competitor analysis, you will adjust approaches, refine targeting, and boost efficiency to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and creative—to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives. By fostering strong collaboration, you will help drive cohesive marketing initiatives that contribute to Glow25's overall success.
You have the following experience:
- You are fluent in English (C1) and German (B2).
- You bring over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive growth and hit targets for D2C brands and international markets.
- You are skilled in managing PPC campaigns across key digital platforms.
- You possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices and have hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and techniques. You are also familiar with influencer marketing approaches to enhance engagement and boost brand visibility.
- You are proficient in data analytics and can translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
- You have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- You excel in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
