We’re seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Direct Response Copywriting expert who will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving revenue and growth through powerful, conversion-focused copy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every word we put out not only resonates with our audience but compels them to take action, transforming interest into tangible results.

This is where we need your support:

• Content Marketing and Growth Strategy: You will develop and execute content strategies that enhance brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes, ensuring everything aligns with overall business objectives.
• Cross-Channel Content Management: You will oversee and ensure consistent messaging across all channels—web, email, social media, and more—to support customer engagement and drive actionable results.
• Copywriting with a Focus on Results: You will craft and refine persuasive copy for various platforms, such as landing pages, sales emails, and ads, designed to turn readers into customers, following direct response principles.
• Data-Driven Optimization: You will continuously test and optimize content strategies using data insights and performance metrics to improve engagement, sales growth, and customer retention.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: You will lead and mentor the content and copywriting teams, fostering a creative environment focused on delivering high-quality, results-driven content.
• Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: You will regularly monitor content performance against key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You have the following experience:

• You have managed a team for at least 5 years and know how to challenge and develop employees.
• You are fluent in English (C1) and your German Skills are also on a professional level
• Proven expertise: Strong experience in content marketing, content management, and conversion-focused copywriting. A deep understanding of direct response practices is essential, as this role is at the intersection of creative storytelling and sales-driven copy.
• Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, providing clear direction while fostering creativity and maintaining a strong focus on conversion outcomes.
• Analytical mindset: Comfortable using data to guide decisions, particularly around content performance, conversion optimization, and customer behavior insights.
• Content versatility: Experience producing high-quality content across various channels (web, email, social media, video), with an emphasis on conversion tactics in copywriting.
• Brand and conversion storytelling: Strong grasp of brand messaging combined with a focus on creating stories that lead to measurable business results.
