Aufgaben

• Administration der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur
• Support des Windows Server und OS Betriebssystems.
• Fehlererfassung, -analyse und -behebung
• Installation von Software über zentraler Software Center / SCCM
• 2nd Level Support für Anwender
• Umsetzung und Überwachung der IT Standards des UnternehmensMitarbeit an Projekten der zentralen und lokalen IT-Abteilung

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als IT-Kaufmann/-frau, Systemintegrator, Fachinformatiker oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation wünschenswert
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft-Betriebssystemen (Client / Server), Microsoft Office 365, sowie Netzwerk- und Serververwaltung
• Kundenorientiertes und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
• Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Engagement, Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, gute Selbstorganisation und Offenheit für Neues
• Führerschein der Klasse B plus+
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb der Region
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
