Join our team as a Deskside Support Level 1 and 2 Technician and be the first line of assistance for our employees' technology needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide hands-on support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Tasks
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues promptly.
- Set up and configure new equipment for users.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Technical certifications or coursework in IT preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Local language - German B2
