Tasks

You'll own and develop the core infrastructure that makes our foundation models accessible and scalable. As one of our earliest engineering hires, you'll have the opportunity to shape our technical infrastructure but also your own role as the team grows - whether that means specializing in areas you're most passionate about or growing into a technical leadership position.

Initial Scope

Design and implement production-grade model serving APIs
Build comprehensive monitoring, analytics, and observability systems
Develop secure, GDPR-compliant infrastructure
Create robust deployment and load balancing systems
Implement usage tracking and quota management
Design scalable data storage solutions

Requirements

Technical Requirements

3 years of experience with backend software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
Experience building production-grade APIs with FastAPI
