  • YOUR MISSION

    We are seeking a Growth Intern / Working Student to strategically drive our company's expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for executing key growth initiatives, analyzing market opportunities to target and engage prospective accounts effectively. Your goal is to develop and execute plans that create new sales opportunities and promote our solutions to new enterprise clients.


    YOUR TASKS

    • Strategically analyze the DACH market to pinpoint and engage potential enterprise customers.
    • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, articulating the strategic benefits of our solution.
    • Serve as the primary contact for new prospects, addressing their inquiries and overcoming objections through a deep understanding of their business needs.
    • Evaluate the alignment between prospective customers' requirements and our solutions, facilitating initial discussions to explore potential partnership opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to transition opportunities through the pipeline to close.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance messaging and outreach tactics specific to the DACH region.
    • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on the operational and technological environments of retail companies.
    • Represent the company at industry events and webinars to advance our market presence.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Fluency in German and English is essential.
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to discern the business value of different use cases and articulate this value to meet customer needs effectively.
    • Ability to quickly grasp the nuances of a technical product and complex business processes relevant to our target market.
    • Self-motivated, highly driven, and ambitious, with a strong desire to deliver results and exceed expectations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers.
    • Prior experience in startups, SaaS, growth, strategy, business development, CS, or sales preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
