Working Student (gn) Quality Management

Description

We are looking for you as a Working Student (gn) Quality Management at our headquarters in Fulda, starting as soon as possible for 10-15 hours per week.

Your Role

• You support our quality management representative in the analysis and optimization of existing quality management processes
• You will be involved in the development and implementation of digital solutions for process automation
• You will use SharePoint to create and manage documents, workflows and information pages
• The use of Power Automate to automate business processes and tasks is also part of your area of responsibility
• As well as supporting the creation of training materials and user documentation
• Close cooperation with other specialist departments to determine requirements and implement solutions completes your job profile

Your Skills

• You are actively registered at a German university (ideally close to Fulda, as attendance at the headquarters is required)
• Initial experience with SharePoint and Power Automate would be an advantage
• You have a keen interest in quality management and process optimization
• You are characterized by your analytical thinking and your structured way of working
• A high affinity for IT and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies
• The ability to work in a team and strong communication skills round off your profile - in both German and English
