We are now looking for a passionate Recruiter who is excited about building out our team and driving a seamless hiring experience while contributing to a strong company culture. The position is based at our headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
Tasks
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring processes.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Manage our ATS, keep hiring data up to date, and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Develop hiring and onboarding policies to advise employees and hiring managers on best practices.
- Own and optimize the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new joiners from preboarding to full integration.
- Support the People function with relevant projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage and attract top talent across multiple channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management, partnering effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HR systems.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
- You are eligible to work within the EU
It would be nice if you have
- Background in hiring in a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on Tech and Product roles.
- Knowledge of GDPR, labor laws, and compliance.

- Annual gross salary range for Berlin-based applicants: €55,000 - 60,000
