We're looking for a motivated Digital Consultant to join our Digital Consulting Team.

Our Digital Consulting Team is a group of ambitious business generalists who support our clients in all generalist areas and in everything else that our expert teams do not cover. They define and execute value-driving projects with our clients in areas such as project management, program management, internationalisation, operations development, Chief of Staff/Founder Associate responsibilities, interim management… and anything else that we see as a business priority for one of our ventures. They always assume responsibility, jump into unknown tasks with courage, go the extra mile, and most importantly shape and impact our precious company culture. In this role, you’ll:

• Work on hands-on operational support in our client base
• Build-up and maintenance of the close relationship with our senior stakeholders as well as a deep understanding of the clients’ current challenges and opportunities
• Ensure the successful collaboration of our clients and our operational teams through excellent project management and stakeholder management
• Push our clients to the next level through internationalisation, process optimisation or the build-up of new organisational units

Your Profile

• High ambition and drive to achieve excellent results
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Gained relevant work experience in a consultancy/agency, in an operational role in a start-up, or in the digital unit of a SME or corporate
• Good understanding of digital business models and operational responsibilities
• First solid examples in project, stakeholder, and change management, taking full responsibility for your projects
• Pragmatic, yet structured and a quick learner
• Feeling comfortable in a flexible, highly dynamic environment
• Professional demeanour to work with senior stakeholders

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
