  • About the Job

    We’re looking for a motivated Office Management Intern (m/f/d) to join our office management team for a 3 month period (from 01.11.2024 - until 31.01.2025) and support it in all administrative areas of the daily business. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on designing the premises and ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere.

    Our Office Management team ensures the smooth operation of Project A’s office while providing a wide range of administration support: From planning company events to handling purchases.

    In this role, you’ll:

    • Ensure employees and visitors feel welcome and relevant services are provided (such as snacks & beverage program)
    • Coordinate external service providers (cleaning company, craftsmen, etc.)
    • Support in ordering and managing office supplies, from highlighters to filing cabinets
    • Organise trips, appointments and internal events
    • Collect and structuring of accounting documents & expenses reports
    • Lead the office, coordinate & supervise meeting rooms and their equipment as well as catering orders

    Your Profile

    • Experienced in office operations, front-desk, customer service or hotel industry
    • Skilled in coordinating and organising, service ready with a professional attitude
    • People oriented and always an open ear for the desires and needs of your colleagues - making others happy makes you happy
    • Ready to help mentality, flexible mindset, and reliable to others
    • Can work onsite 4-5 working days (1 day of home office possibility)
    • Fluent in Germanand English

    Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
