Your mission

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join one of our portfolio companies' Engineering team and support its software development strategies.

In this role, you’ll:

Coding (this is a very hands-on role) our web application – frontend, backend and infrastructure
Adjusting and expanding our tech stack where necessary
Setting up and improving our infrastructure set-up – with a focus on database structure, data pipelines and analytics, which is a big part of the value we offer to our customers
Setting the foundations for our engineering practices in line with our broader operating model to attract and retain the best engineering talent in Europe

Your Profile

You have built full-stack web applications before
You have worked in an early-stage VC-backed startup (pre-seed/seed), preferably with a B2B business model
You feel comfortable with broad product requirements and enjoy participating in the product conceptualisation phase
You feel comfortable guiding teams through technical troubleshooting and delivering feedback on topics beyond technical performance.

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlinoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
