  • About the Job

    We’re looking for a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to lead and optimise recruitment efforts to attract top talent and drive growth.

    In your day-to-day work, you’ll design and implement strategic hiring initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    Join our portfolio company: A German dual-use technology company that develops unmanned ground vehicles to spearhead automation in both governmental and civilian use cases.

    In this role, you’ll:

    • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs
    • Enhance employer branding and leverage data-driven insights to optimise hiring processes
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
    • Develop and implement strategic recruiting strategies to meet organizational goals
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment best practices

    Your Profile

    • 4+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition
    • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and recruitment metrics
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and driving innovation in recruitment
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
    • Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent pipeline development
    • Solid understanding of labour legislation and compliance
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities

    Please note that we are looking for support in theMunichoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
