About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and develop its enterprise software strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining the implementation of our climate performance solutions and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company, a German ClimateTech company focused on decarbonising the global food industry. The startup’s visionary software allows manufacturers and retailers to calculate their emission scores and gain valuable insight into the environmental impact of their entire supply chain.

In this role, you’ll:

• Initiate, own, and successfully deliver end-to-end projects (and products) that will bring us closer to our company North Star and grow ARR
• Manage the project scope, timeline, and decisions to deliver value to customers
• Understand user goals and pain points and conceptualise solutions for immediate impact
• Calculate CO2 footprints to understand industry-specific processes and challenges
• Co-develop, test, and launch products with users
• Collaborate with our tech team to gradually softwarise our product offering
• Work with the Go-To-Market Team to frame and sell the new offering
• Gain an in-depth understanding of climate protocols and standards like GHG Protocol and Science-Based Targets
• Build a team of climate specialists, generalists, and product builders

Your Profile

• You bring 3+ years of customer-facing experience in high-paced environments, such as in early-stage tech companies or consulting
• You took full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery and outcome of your projects and tasks
• You have fun crunching numbers and playing with complex datasets.
• You excel at understanding client needs and building strong relationships
• You are organised, reliable, and can clearly communicate your ideas
• You are fluent in German and English
• Bonus: You worked in a climate-related field or enjoy spending time learning more about how companies can better manage and reduce their climate footprint

Please note that we’re looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
