About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our Talent Acquisition team and support its recruiting strategies at Project A Ventures.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring that our recruiting processes help us acquire top talents and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Our Talent Acquisition team supports our in-house operational teams, portfolio companies, and external clients. This group of dedicated experts specialises in locating, attracting, and hiring the best people to build and grow products and services.

In this role, you’ll:

• Steer the entire recruiting process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience by coordinating every step within the process
• Act as a strategic partner between our portfolio companies and candidates aligning business goals with recruitment needs
• Develop a deep understanding of complexities and how to navigate them within the recruitment process
• Be responsible for new projects, as well as maintaining contact with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless process
• Manage internal and external projects enabling optimised processes and collaborating closely with team members
• Enable more efficient recruitment processes by proactively developing innovative ideas and supporting the team in achieving its mission

Your Profile

• Professional experience in talent acquisition or the HR field focusing on the recruitment & acquiring talents across different fields
• Goal-oriented and proactive with attention to detail
• Proven track record in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships with excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing complex projects across various business environments, understanding challenges and strategies
• Good to have: already worked in agency recruitment or in consultancy
• High level of organisational skills to manage several projects simultaneously
• Completed studies in Social Sciences, business administration or similar, accompanied by relevant professional experience
• Business fluent in German and English

Please note that we’re looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
