  • Role Summary

    We’re looking for a motivated new team member to actively support our international IT department. As a Working Student (all genders) in IT support, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact – from managing our laptops and supporting colleagues to gaining exciting insights into our IT processes and projects


    Job Details

    Reports to: Head of IT
    Department: INT IT
    Location: ProVeg office, Berlin, Germany
    Working hours: Up to 20 hours per week
    Start date: As soon as possible
    Salary: 14,21 € per hour


    Responsibilities

    • You support our colleagues with technical issues and make sure everything runs smoothly again
    • You help set up accounts and laptops for our new team members and support the onboarding process
    • You take care of maintaining and configuring our laptops
    • You contribute to our internal wiki pages and training materials
    • You actively participate in projects and day-to-day IT tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way

    Qualifications

    • You are currently enrolled at a university or college (ideally in a STEM-related field)
    • You live in Berlin or nearby and are able to work on-site at our office (this position is not available remotely)
    • You’re passionate about IT topics
    • You’re patient and a quick learner
    • Your German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently with colleagues in both languages
