As our Global Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you will lead and inspire a team of around 40 professionals across multiple markets, ensuring best-in-class execution, innovation, and client satisfaction. Aufgaben
- You oversee and mentor a global team of social media managers and influencer marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, setting clear goals, and providing continuous development opportunities
- You optimize and innovate our Social Media & Influencer Marketing services by leveraging the latest tools, AI technologies, and engagement strategies to stay ahead of industry trends
- You manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal capacity planning for pitches and projects to achieve the best outcomes across markets
- You align and coordinate teams across Germany, Italy, and other key regions, ensuring a unified global approach while tailoring strategies to local market needs
