We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships that propel our growth and contribute to the global adoption of Qdrant’s solutions.

    Tasks

    Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Qdrant’s overall business goals.
    • Identify and prioritize potential partners, including cloud providers, vector embeddings providers, system integrators, ISVs, and other relevant market players.

    Relationship Management

    • Initiate, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners, aligning on mutual goals and ensuring clear communication.
    • Drive joint solution development and go-to-market activities, from concept to execution, ensuring partner success and satisfaction.

    Negotiation & Onboarding

    • Lead partner negotiations, including defining partnership terms, collaboration frameworks, and co-marketing opportunities.
    • Coordinate technical onboarding and integration for new partners, working closely with internal product and engineering teams.

    Collaboration & Enablement

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to create customized partnership proposals and materials.
    • Develop partner training programs, ensuring partners fully understand Qdrant’s value proposition, product capabilities, and future roadmap.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Establish clear KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness (e.g., revenue impact, new leads, integration success).
    • Regularly review and report progress, identifying areas for continuous improvement and growth.

    Market Intelligence

    • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
    • Act as a subject-matter expert for vector search, providing market insights to internal teams to refine Qdrant’s product and partnership approach.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within cloud computing, AI/ML, or open-source software environments.
    • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of database & search technology, AI/ML ecosystems, and open-source solutions. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product adoption.
    • Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with broader business objectives.
    • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless partnership experiences.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
