Integration Manager - Enterprise Architecture Management (f/m/d)

Qiado is a growing start-up that went from 5 to more than 40 consultants in only 5 years and is focused on 3 processes: Contract Lease Management, Purchase to Pay and Transformation Services.

As Integration Manager you will lead our initiatives in Enterprise Architecture Management, specifically focusing on implementing LeanIX solutions and integrating them with SAP Signavio. This role involves leading the team of integration experts and architects and process mining consultants on S4HANA projects and collaborating with the head of business development and the Transformation partner to support and drive the growth of the company.

Ideal candidates should possess a passion for technology and a visionary approach towards enterprise architecture management.

Tasks

• Strategic Integration: Develop and execute integration strategies using LeanIX to enhance business processes and IT infrastructure, including the connection with SAP Signavio.
• Project Leadership: Lead the team of integration experts in deploying S4HANA projects, overseeing all technical aspects and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Client-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and tailor architecture management solutions accordingly.
• Pre-sales Mastery: Lead pre-sales activities, including client meetings, proposal development, and presentations to secure new business.
• Team Growth and Innovation: Manage and expand the team of consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation.
• Project Excellence: Ensure effective project delivery and achieve high client satisfaction.
• Analytical Insights: Analyze and anticipate the effects of architectural changes on the S/4HANA Finance programs, proposing solutions that minimize disruption and optimize performance.
• Coordination Champion: Take the lead in coordinating the S/4HANA transformation, balancing priorities and resources across parallel initiatives.

Requirements

• Architecture Management Expert: Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture Management, preferably utilizing LeanIX.
• Integration Guru: Proficient in integrating LeanIX with SAP Signavio.
• Leadership Maestro: Strong leadership skills, including managing technical teams and overseeing large-scale integration projects, particularly with S4HANA.
• Communication Pro: Excellent communication, client-facing, and pre-sales skills.
• Consulting Genius: Background in consulting, especially within finance transformation and large enterprises.
• Organizational Wizard: A high degree of self-organization and communication skills are fundamental for effective collaboration.
• Creative Problem Solver: Creativity, commitment, and the ability to handle complex management tasks.
