    Tasks

    We’re looking for a Sales Warrior who can take ownership of the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target high-potential prospects aligned with our ICP.
    • Cold Emails / Cold Calls: Conduct persuasive, high-impact outreach that converts qualified leads into closed deals.
    • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Take ownership of every step of the sales funnel—from prospecting to closing the deal.
    • Create Your Own Sales Materials: Develop tailored sales decks and presentations.
    • Optimize Processes: Identify ways to improve your workflow and hit targets more efficiently.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.

    💼 Must-Have:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or loyalty, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
    • Native proficiency in German and English.
    • Proven experience in an early-stage startup, particularly at the Seed Stage.
    • Demonstrated and proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and the ability to close deals effectively.
