  • The company QL Controls is a leading manufacturer of temperature controllers and other devices, whose primary goal is the efficient control of heating systems. Over the past few years, our company has achieved the position of one of the leaders in this category of products. Due to dynamic growth, we are currently seeking individuals for the following position:

    • Technical Sales Representative
    • Location: Germany (B2B contract, fieldwork)
    • We offer €4000-4500 net basic salary

    The responsibilities of the person in this position will include:

    • Providing technical training, advice, and sales support to Distributor employees, optimizing orders, and expanding their product awareness
    • Technical support and service consultations for customers and installers at Distributor locations, stores, and construction sites
    • Promoting the ENGO brand by organizing technical training sessions and spreading technical knowledge about product implementation, installation, and product line diversity
    • Monitoring competitors activities
    • Achieving periodic sales targets
    • Assisting in sales-related issues, processing and transporting customer orders, managing customer accounts, and handling complaints

      Our Ideal Match:

      • High level of responsibility and motivation, ability to organize their own work schedule
      • Problem-solving skills and approach
      • Documented history and at least 1 year of experience in technical sales and technical customer service, preferably in the HVAC market or other engineering products offered by the Distributor network
      • Experience in organizing and conducting technical seminars and training for groups
      • Experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, and business negotiations
      • Valid driver's license (Category B) and driving experience
      • Fluent German language skills (mandatory) and communicative English in speaking, reading, and writing. Polish language proficiency is a plus
      • Knowledge of the local HVAC market is advantageous
