    Join us as a Partnerships Business Developer to spearhead our collaboration initiatives with major companies. In this pivotal role, you will forge pathways that enhance Qonto's market presence and client engagement in the German market.

    You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring that each partnership aligns perfectly with our strategic goals and contributes significantly to our growth. As a Partnership Business Developer at Qonto, you will join a team of 7 talents and report directly to Marina, our Lead Partnerships.

    👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Partnerships Business Developer at Qonto, you will

    Search for new opportunities and partners by identifying relevant POCs, contact them, qualify and size the opportunity, present the company partnership model, and negotiate contracts;
    Develop a customized approach for customer journeys and integrations in partnership with the Product team;
    Collaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth launch, continuous improvement, and contract renewals;
    • Be responsible for establishing meaningful partnerships, aligned with overall profitability and growth objectives;
    Identify obstacles and provide recommendations to improve team processes;
    • Work with internal stakeholders to develop business cases, relevant terms and conditions, and contracts.

    Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role or a proven track record of developing successful partnerships;
    Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate and negotiate complex partnership agreements;
    Customer obsessed: You prioritize customer needs & experience in every business goal;
    Curious: You are willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of our ecosystem and product;
    Analytical Skills: Strong capability in using data to drive decisions and improve partnership outcomes;
    Languages: You speak both German and English fluently.
