Contract Lifecycle Management: Handle the preparation, printing, filing, and uploading of employee contracts and documents, ensuring timely signatures and compliance.
Support in Onboarding: Own onboarding processes, support in delivering engaging onboarding presentations to new hires, effectively communicating key information about the company and P&C processes.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and hosting various events remote and on site (Hamburg office).
Employee Engagement & Culture: Contribute creative ideas and support the implementation of initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Office Management: Support managing office operations such as track ordering of supplies, maintaining common areas, and ensuring a welcoming office environment
P&C Enablement: Assist with the creation and maintenance of P&C related documents and resources. Support the team with research and analysis on various HR topics. Contribute to the development and improvement of P&C processes.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and both English and German (C1)
Proficiency in Google Suite products (or similar)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Willing to go to the Hamburg office once a week
