As our very first Talent Recruiter in Germany you will be the driving force behind our growing team in Germany. You will manage and set-up the hiring process from beginning to end. With your knowledge and experience in high paced growing scale-ups in the German talent market you will make sure we hire the right people at the right time. Please note that this is a freelance position for three months. 

What you will do:

• Set up and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all teams in Germany, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. And with set up, we mean truly set up from scratch. 

• Develop the German hiring strategy in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition department.

• Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and streamline the recruitment process.

• Enhance talent attraction strategies to secure the right hires.

• Brainstorm with the team to boost sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience.

• Ensure candidates have a positive experience, contributing to Quatt’s success.
