    We are currently seeking a People Operations Trainee (m/f/d) to join our vibrant People & Culture team in the Area Support Office, Frankfurt am Main. The duration oft the Traineeship will be 6 months (Pflichtpraktikum)

    People Operations Trainee (m/f/d)

    As a People Operations Trainee you will be involved in various aspects of people operations related administration and coordination during your 6 months traineeship. You will work with the People Operations Team to deliver HR administrative and operational services to the employees and managers from both hotels and offices.

    Tasks

    • Collaborate closely with the Area Director of People Operations, supporting with data collection, reporting, and day-to-day HR coordination and communication tasks.
    • Organize and actively participate in People & Culture meetings, calls, and work groups, while driving action plans and follow-ups to ensure progress.
    • Handle inquiries from the Area and Corporate Support Office, ensuring they are directed to the right teams and followed through effectively.
    • Plan, coordinate, and assist in team-building activities, staff meetings, off-site gatherings, and social events to boost team engagement and motivation.
    • Provide administrative support in HR, compensation and benefits, and recordkeeping for Central Area Functions.
    • Assist with general office organization and fleet management.
    • Manage confidential, time-sensitive information, ensuring it is handled with care and addressed promptly.
    • Support the Area Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams in their initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications would be a big plus
    • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and regulations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexible and able to deal with change in a fast-moving environment.
