    • Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support
    • Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux systems.
    • Assist in the operation and monitoring of networks, servers and IT infrastructure.
    • Help implement security solutions to ensure smooth IT operations.
    • Analyze, document and resolve technical issues.
    • Create and maintain IT documentation to make support understandable for everyone.

    Requirements

    • Interest in IT – Are you passionate about technology? You’re the one we need!
    • Willingness to learn – You’re ready to dive into the IT world.
    • Team player – You love working with others and supporting your team.
    • Problem-solving mindset – You always find a way to overcome challenges.
    • Good German skills (min. B1 level) – Communication is key!
    • Bonus: Some experience with Windows, Linux or networking? Great – but not required!
