    Please note: This position is a parental leave replacement limited to 12 months with the option to extend.

    You can work completely remotely within Germany or use our office in Berlin. The possible workload is 60 to 100%.

    Do you have a passion for fundraising and want to help organisations and associations increase their impact? You don't want to take on reactive customer support, but rather play a key role in shaping proactive customer success? On top it is important to you that your work has a purpose?

    As a team member in our Customer Success team, you will look after a portfolio of key accounts and enable them to make the best possible use of our online fundraising products.

    Your mission

    • Key Account Management: You fully support a base of customers in German and French and actively shape the relationship so that they can make the best possible use of our products
    • Data-driven way of working: You maintain and collect the most important data from your customers so that relationships can be strengthened, processes improved and decisions made
    • Knowledge transfer: You inform our customers about relevant product knowledge, product releases and campaign optimisations to increase their potential, growth and success
    • Relationship management: You create close partnerships with clients through your knowledge of fundraising, our tools and campaign creation. Through this close collaboration, you will be able to identify opportunities for upsells and negotiate product extensions
    • Collaboration: By working closely with our other customer teams, our product team and departments, you will contribute to the continuous development of processes and our product

    Your profile

    • Several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented environment, preferably as a customer success or support agent in a technical environment
    • Training or studies in the field of communication, marketing, business or technology
    • Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills
    • Strong written and spoken German and French skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
    • Customer-oriented way of working with the aim of actively expanding customer relationships
    • Experience in (digital) fundraising is a plus
