    We’re seeking someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, reliability and independence, taking initiative to manage a diverse range of B2C communications, supporting our complaints team and ensuring smooth stakeholder management.     Your Responsibilities

    • Handle escalated customer inquiries email ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Solve 2nd level tickets such as bereavement cases, relocation, PEP, source of funds clarification of direct debits, data changes on tax documents and others.
    • Collaborate with various customer service teams & stakeholders.
    • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers regarding their issues and the steps taken to resolve them.
    • As a driving force, you will assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

    Your Profile

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally 1 year of experience within finance.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. German and/or Dutch & Spanish is a plus.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira and Confluence is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of patience, empathy, and customer-centric mindset.
