    Founded in 1973, our dynamic and innovative service bank has a full banking license and brings the decades of experience of an established German credit institution to the table. In processing both loan portfolios and receivables of selected borrowers, it combines performance strength and competent advice with efficient solutions. Since 2019, the bank has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raisin and has been operating under the name Raisin Bank AG since August 2019.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Supporting the Management Board with IT Strategy and establishing an integrated IT Governance and Compliance management system, taking into account common standards and best practices
    • Compiling, shaping and updating IT process documentation, policies and procedures in alignment with common standards
    • Managing and coordinating internal and external IT-related audits
    • Relationship management with the main tech and InfoSec stakeholders within Raisin Group
    • Designing and enhancing the IT-related internal control system
    • Consulting and supporting relevant stakeholders in business and IT
    • Controlling and monitoring of ICT service providers of our cloud-native tech stack
    • Defining service levels, implementing service monitoring mechanisms, and working towards continuously improving service delivery processes.

    Your Profile

    • In-depth knowledge of banking legislation and IT regulation (relevant EBA guidelines, DORA / German specific regulation MaRisk and BAIT)
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (ISO 2700x, ITIL v4, COBIT)
    • Internal or external audits exposure
    • Experience: 4+ years experience in IT Governance and Compliance, ideally in the financial services industry. Practical experience in auditing processes or in determining the maturity of processes and deliverables.
    • Skills:
      • Fluent in English and German
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to successfully mediate between different interests
      • Ability to abstract complex issues to the essentials and present them in a comprehensible manner depending on the target group
      • Experienced in designing IT-processes as well as best practice policies and procedures
