    We The Customer Communications team at Raisin work in a dynamic and exciting environment focused on constantly improving our customers’ journey. As part of our team you will get the chance to work on the optimisation of transactional and marketing messaging while also implementing new ideas and features via various marketing channels. Although we established a multi-channel strategy, everything will be set-up and managed in one tool so that we deliver a unified and personalized customer experience across all digital touchpoints. In addition, you will also collaborate frequently with various stakeholders within the company and implement technical solutions for customers across more than 10 markets.

    Your Responsibilities

    You will work very closely with team members across different countries and channels. In particular, you will have the chance to:

    • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel transactional and marketing messages (e.g. email, web players, and push notifications) across different countries
    • Brief, set up, and manage campaign assets and assist in the creation of customer segments and copywriting
    • Support with the monitoring, analysis, reporting, and documentation of campaign automation
    • Align with different stakeholders
    • Implement, update, and monitor product catalogs

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor or Master's student eager to collect a qualifying experience in the CRM Tech field
    • Previous experience and/or fundamental interest in CRM is desirable
    • Fluent English
    • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems would be an advantage
    • Creative, likes to write texts, and enjoys working with numbers
    • Eye for detail and efficient and reliable way of working
