Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to our IT department, working closely with IT leadership and senior management to develop and implement technology initiatives that align with our business goals. The Systems Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring system security, optimising infrastructure and improving technical efficiency.

Tasks:

• Management of a Microsoft Hybrid Domain
• Application administration of internal and external systems
• Setup and maintenance of Entra ID SaaS integrations (SCIM, SSO)
• Server administration (Windows and Linux)
• Automation with the help of scripts
• Management of virtual infrastructure (VMware)
• Maintenance and support of the network infrastructure
• Internal IT support (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Planning and implementation of IT projects

Your skillset:

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
• At least four years of professional experience in IT administration
• Confident handling of network infrastructure (VLAN, routing, firewall, VPN, VoIP)
• Experienced in maintaining server landscapes and virtual machines (Windows and Linux servers)
• Experience with virtualisation (VMware)
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft M365 (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Defender, SharePoint)
• Knowledge in the administration of web servers (IIS)
• The desire to learn and constantly improve IT systems
• German at least C1, English at least B2
