Own our e-commerce products (online shop) across all markets.
Shape the product roadmap based on the product vision in close collaboration with leadership and the rest of the product team.
Advocate for customers by understanding their needs through direct conversations, surveys, analytics, and feedback from sales, account management, and operations teams, and translating those into product requirements.
Manage priorities and the product backlog to ensure focus on the most impactful tasks.
Work closely with designers, developers, and customer-facing stakeholders to ship impactful features.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide transparency, and orchestrate product-related decision-making processes.
Facilitate a productive working model and agile development process in collaboration with engineering counterparts.
Collaborate with the product team on platform-wide initiatives and features.
Foster a culture of transparency and communication, challenging others while allowing them to challenge you to deliver the best results.
Orchestrate the go-live and roll-out of features with internal stakeholders and excite customers about them.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing customer-facing software products in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching B2C e-commerce products and expertise in optimizing commercial performance.
Deep experience leading the entire software product development cycle, from discovery to post-launch support.
Experience with Agile product development processes and tools like Product Board, Jira, Notion, or similar.
Analytical and data-informed, with a focus on using numbers and facts to frame and sell ideas.
Thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems pragmatically and resourcefully.
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong willingness to go the extra mile.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
