About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our Marketing team to shape the way we communicate our solutions, craft compelling product messaging, and increase customer engagement by effectively communicating our value for customers. You’ll be responsible for positioning, messaging, and driving product adoption while working closely with cross-functional teams like Product and Sales.
Tasks
- Craft clear, persuasive, and accurate product descriptions that resonate with our target audience in the packaging industry.
- Develop and manage content that highlights the benefits, features, and unique selling points of our software across various platforms (website, print, digital), ensuring alignment with our marketing and business goals.
- Position and launch differentiated product features that meet and exceed business objectives. Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer success teams to gather detailed product insights and translate technical details into customer-centric messaging. Improve product sales messaging constantly with a data-driven approach.
- Educate other departments on current product messaging.
- Ensure all product-related content is consistent with our brand guidelines and tone of voice, creating a cohesive narrative across all channels.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the packaging and recycling industry to ensure messaging remains relevant and impactful.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience (3+ years) in B2B product marketing in an Enterprise SaaS company.
- Proven experience in writing product descriptions or marketing content which drives engagement and supports sales efforts. Please submit your product marketing portfolio.
- Knowledge of the packaging and recycling industry is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical product information in clear, concise, and compelling ways.
- Proven experience in targeting enterprise clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to translate complex product information into benefit-driven messaging for different customer segments.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, who can generate new ideas and adjust strategies based on data and industry trends.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
