    Tasks

    As our only in house Designer you will create compelling visual narratives that reinforce our brand identity. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in producing a wide range of materials, both print and digital, that effectively communicate our value proposition and enhance our market presence. Your mission includes:

    • Print Design: You design company brochures including creation of infographics, flyers, trade fair booths and packaging.
    • Digital Design: You create and optimise our web design and social media presence.
    • Photography: You conceptualise, execute, and edit high-quality photographs showcasing our products.
    • Film Production: You develop and produce short films and animations, utilising filming techniques, equipment such as a Gimbal, and editing software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
    • Branding: You maintain consistency with brand guidelines while taking ownership of refining and enhancing our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual communication design, preferably within a SaaS or tech-related industry.
    • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Lightroom.
    • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency while also bringing fresh ideas to elevate our brand identity.
    • Experience in photography and film production.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Please apply even if you do not fulfil all the requirements. You can learn a lot during your time with us.
