    We are looking for you as our new Senior Fullstack Engineer (all genders). You will contribute to stability and scalability of our software and write qualitative and maintainable code. This means in detail:

    • You will be able to put your collective experience in fullstack software development into practice. You will write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
    • You'll support and drive our agile development process, making sure code gets smoothly integrated and delivered end-to-end.
    • You'll share your expertise with colleagues, and participate in our cross-team community.
    • You'll provide feedback to the product and/or design team on the feasibility of proposed changes and offer reasonable alternatives when necessary. In this way, you ensure the scalability, fault tolerance, and efficiency of our product.
    • Your architectural understanding will help us to work lean and establish design patterns in our applications without having to involve special architects.
    • You will be responsible for writing and maintaining meaningful unit and integration tests.

    What you bring along

    • Your professional background: You have at least five years of experience in full-stack development projects with a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
    • Your expertise: You are experienced in backend development with Spring Boot (Java / Kotlin) using RESTful HTTP and WebSocket communication. Additionally, you have expertise in React.
    • Your chance to stand out: You have expertise in writing scalable, testable and maintainable code, using AWS (S3, Lambda, SNS, SES), databases (Postgres), event driven architecture (Redis, AWS Lambda/SNS, RabbitMQ), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Docker on Kubernetes/AWS) with unit and integration testing (Junit, Mockito or even better Mockk).
    • Your approach: You are willing to take responsibility for tasks and projects.
    • Your language skills: We mostly communicate in English internally and externally.
