Our flagship tools include ReloAI, an AI-powered chatbot, and our dynamic marketplace platform. These tools work together to automate key logistics processes, but now we’re ready to take things to the next level. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help merge and enhance these products, shaping them into a unified, global SaaS platform.
In this role, you’ll work directly with our CPO and Co-Founder, Felix Bussmann, in an environment that values initiative, creativity, and collaboration. This is more than a coding job — it’s an opportunity to tackle real-world challenges and make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:
- Integrate and Innovate: Connect our chatbot, ReloAI, with our marketplace platform to create a unified solution for sales, dispatching, and routing.
- Develop and Scale: Build and maintain backend systems using .NET, and create modern, user-friendly interfaces with React.
- Drive AI Adoption: Leverage AI/ML to enhance automation, optimize freight matching, and improve platform decision-making.
- Collaborate on Architecture: Work closely with the leadership team to design scalable, flexible systems that address business needs.
- Implement Integrations: Develop connections with third-party tools like Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Zapier, or recommend alternatives that fit the business.
- Champion Sustainability: Contribute to features that improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact through smart logistics solutions.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use tools like Power BI, Azure, or similar platforms to visualize data and ensure peak platform performance.
- Be Agile: Use Kanban or Scrum methodologies to manage projects and align with company OKRs.
Qualifikation
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with a strong track record in building scalable systems.
- Expertise in .NET (C#) for backend and React for frontend development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and integrating large language models (LLMs) via APIs.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL databases, and cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud (or similar).
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) and aligning work to OKRs.
- Proven ability to integrate APIs and work with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, WhatsApp and Webflow.
- A passion for solving real-world problems with innovative, user-focused technology.
- Initiative and creativity to recommend and implement solutions that improve the platform’s setup and scalability.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
