As Digital Campaign Coordinator (m/f/d) you are responsible for the execution and optimization of digital campaigns specific to the global American Express team. The role has direct responsibility for the technical feasibility, trafficking, timing and delivery management of our campaigns.

    This role reports directly to the Managing Director.

    Tasks

    Your Tasks

    • Maintain an overview of available and optioned inventory to the specified KPIs
    • Provide recommendations for campaign placement, timing & elements based on inventory, client brief & budget
    • Set-up and maintenance of the Google Ad Manager server
    • Creation of mid- and end campaign reports
    • Provision for case study input to Marketing Team including screenshots
    • Setting up and maintenance of the banner campaigns (Google Ad Manager)
    • Supervision of management system (Trello), communicating campaign requirements to all teams involved
    • Support the Digital Campaign Manager in client contact & ensuring on-time delivery of the materials
    • Adapt campaigns on social channels to deliver against traffic requirements
    • Communicate upcoming campaign requirements to all teams involved
    • Coordination of all required approvals from American Express for display advertising
    • Set-up and optimization of booked banner campaigns to ensure delivery of booked impressions and good CTR

    Requirements

    Your Profile

    As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in ad trading and reporting and be curious about the media landscape and digital technologies.

    • You have a degree in media management or a comparable training with knowledge of web technology and focus on marketing
    • You have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of Digital Campaigns
    • You are interested in developments in the areas of online marketing, programmatic advertising or ad technology and are familiar with digital business models
    • You are a digital native with knowledge of common ad servers, tracking solutions such as Google Ad Manager and work experience in at least one ad server would be advantageous
    • You have very good communication skills and work independently, are well organized and proactively familiarize yourself with new topics and developments
    • You have a very good command of written and spoken English
