    Requirements

    • Product delivery - working with the founders to define the product roadmap down to the day-to-day granular execution with the team.
    • Defining and executing experiments - tracking, testing and learning/iterating.
    • Running the process - runs the sprints effectively with scrum/agile.
    • Communication - being the information highway between founders, engineering, design, compliance, and rest of the team.
    • Engaging with customers for regular feedback and testing - working closely with our designer.
    • Championing data - define and track metrics for new product launches.
    • Managing tradeoffs - balancing speed against quality of product MVPs.

    The basics

    • London or Berlin based (remote hybrid).
    • 4+ years experience in the industry.
    • Worked in a successful high-growth startup (has seen what successful scaling of a company and product looks like).
    • Technical background (might have previously been a developer), data-driven, detail and execution-orientated.
    • Experienced in Scrum/Agile.
    • Knows fintech very well.
    • Bonus - AI experience

    Nice to have

    • Comfortable with Data - Excel, SQL, calculators
    • Curious - Wants to learn and grow with new tools, methods
    • Loves automation - Zapier, Slack, Linear etc.
    • Wants to be on the frontline of building business finance
    • Wants to be a founder one day, or has founded before
