As a (Freelance/Interim) Software Project Manager at realworld one, you will be responsible for driving the successful development and delivery of complex customer projects. In this role, you will oversee project planning, resource coordination, and risk management while ensuring clear communication with internal as well as external stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions will be key to keeping projects on track, meeting expectations, and maintaining high standards of execution.
ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of enterprise customer software projects and ensure their successful deliveryCoordinate internal resources and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company standards and customer expectationsStrengthen customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring clear and professional communication, building positive relationshipsAlign project priorities with customer goals and deliver value through efficient and reliable project executionAnticipate risks and mitigate potential challenges, implementing practical solutions to keep projects on track and within scope, time and budgetContinuously monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholdersQualificationsDegree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field3+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, with a focus on software projectsProven track record of managing and delivering projects of varying complexity to enterprise customersConsistently demonstrate a high work ethic, setting a positive example for the teamExperience working in performance-driven, cross-functional and international teamsIn-depth understanding of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and software project management workflowsProactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure situationsBackground in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or experience with VR/XR/MR is a plusAbout realworld one
