Are you ready to drive strategic change and innovation in a dynamic environment? SAP LeanIX is looking for a talented individual to join our Strategic Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, build new product partnerships, support our product team's efforts to position LeanIX for SAP customers, collaborate with strategic customers, drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and help shape our unit's strategy. LeanIX was acquired by SAP in November 2023 and now forms part of the new Business Transformation Management division alongside SAP Signavio and WalkMe. One of your primary tasks is to ensure a seamless integration into SAP and to leverage efficiencies between the organizations. In this role, you will work closely with senior management at SAP LeanIX and the SAP leadership team.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for SAP LeanIX, impacting both product and go-to-market areas.
• Integration Support: Facilitate the integration of the market-leading enterprise architecture tool vendor into Europe’s largest software company.
• Corporate Collaboration: Act as the counterpart for corporate SAP initiatives, particularly in the T&I board area.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience: At least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or SaaS product management.
• Project Management Skills: Excellent project management abilities and the drive to quickly grasp new topics.
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving and data-analytical skills (Excel).
• Passion for Technology: A keen interest in technology topics and SaaS products, particularly Enterprise Architecture
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
