SAP LeanIX is expanding and looking for a Technical Writer to join our Knowledge & Product Enablement team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in technical writing and documentation. You'll be collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams. WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

• Plan, design, develop, and edit different types of user assistance deliverables, including product documentation, API documentation, UI texts, multimedia, social media content, and more
• Collaborate and communicate with Product, Engineering, UX, Support, and other teams
• Research information needs of users for documentation through various channels and implement feedback
• Apply relevant standards and guidelines to user assistance deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency
• Follow and apply relevant industry and technology trends for user assistance

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2 years of technical writing experience in the SaaS B2B industry, with a strong technical and communication background
• Familiarity with software development processes, including APIs, SDKs, and web technologies
• Proficiency in documentation tools and version control systems
• Understanding of the developer community, adept at crafting clear, concise documentation for technical audiences
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and empathetic, capable of influencing positive change across teams
