Tasks
- Event Management: Research industry events and trade shows; secure speaking opportunities for our founder; coordinate event logistics, guerrilla marketing efforts, and outreach strategies to connect with potential customers before events.
- Content Creation and Management: Craft compelling content for platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring it is informative and engaging for the target audience. Develop a comprehensive content plan that outlines key topics, publishing schedules, and responsibilities. Coordinate content campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve specific marketing goals.
- SEO and Keyword Optimization: Implement SEO best practices and keyword optimization in content creation to enhance search engine visibility. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.
- Creative Use Case and Customer Story Development: Develop innovative use cases and testimonials, such as demos or videos, to showcase the product and its features. Collaborate with customers to create impactful case studies. Exercise creative freedom in media design to convey key messages effectively and engage the target audience.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on current trends, topics, and news relevant to logistics and ecommerce. Analyze competitor content strategies to identify best practices and generate new ideas.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Hands-on experience in marketing, including content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency with createive tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe
- You are fluent in both English and German.
Soft Skills:
- You’re a clear communicator who enjoys working in an organized way and isn’t afraid to take ownership.
- You are well organized and keen to deliver high-quality work
- Good analytical skills with the ability to understand information and work with different tools very quickly.
- You bring a tech-savvy, can-do attitude and are ready to jump in and handle whatever needs to be done to keep the team moving forward.
