Our digital platform provides fast and transparent assistance by connecting qualified professionals with affected customers. As Germany's largest provider of pest control services with SchädlingsHero, we have already taken a first step in this direction. We are currently working with RohrHero on the field of pipe & drain cleaning and are getting a little closer to our vision every day.

As a Product Designer at ServiceHero, you will play a central role in the success of our product by working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience. This position involves understanding and overseeing the product's design lifecycle, from research to implementation. Tasks

• Product Lifecycle Management: Play a key role in the product's development from inception to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs and business goals
• User Research and Insights: Conduct thorough user research and utilize the double diamond design process to identify customer needs and translate these into actionable product enhancements
• Design Execution: Create intuitive UX solutions and ensure adherence to UI patterns using our design system. Produce both rapid prototypes and high-fidelity designs primarily using Figma
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to integrate user feedback and iterate on product designs, ensuring alignment with overall product vision
• Learning and Improvement: Take initiative in self-development to stay current with design trends and tools. Willingness to contribute extra time to learn and grow professionally within the team's dynamic environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Figma and demonstrated experience with implementing UI patterns and maintaining a design system
• 2-3 years of experience in Product Design / UI Design/ UX Design / Product Management, or a related field (We prioritize eagerness to learn over years of experience, so we welcome candidates with less experience who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly. Team player who can support and enhance team efforts
• Fluent in both German and English
• Proactive, open to feedback, sense of ownership and responsibility for own work and projects
