Your mission

As an People Analytics Manager (m/f/x), you will play a pivotal role in fostering a data-driven culture within HR, driving comprehensive analytics from foundational to advanced levels. You'll have the opportunity to build our people analytics function from the ground up, directly impacting our organization's success through strategic, data-informed HR practices.

Aufgaben

Here's how you'll make an impact:

• You will spearhead the development of our people analytics function, focusing initially on workforce planning, personnel cost budgeting, and standardized reporting.
• You are going to develop insightful metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational goals and thereby translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• You will own and optimize our HRIS data quality and analytics processes.
• You are going to collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.
• You'll own and drive all aspects of HR data, starting with core areas and expanding into more advanced analytics such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.

Qualifikation

Your Qualification:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or related data analysis roles.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills with a knack for statistical analysis and data visualization, along with a solid understanding of HR processes and metrics.
• You excel in communication, able to present complex data clearly to various stakeholders.
• You are proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and have experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
• You are fluent in English and German.
