As our IT Administrator (onsite), you will serve as the main point of contact for any IT issues, network concerns and hardware problems in the office. You will be a part of our small and very collaborative team of 3 people overseeing our internal systems and hardware.
YOUR ROLE
- You will work on resolving all hardware-related issues for internal IT (Mac and Windows), providing ad hoc support on site and maintaining the office network
- Purchasing, restoring, and recycling equipment through resellers and making sure the meeting room equipment is in good condition
- Administering SaaS, including serving as the admin/owner for general tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CallOne (VoIP) and 1Password
- Optimizing processes and implementing new tools to streamline and automate our daily IT workflows
- Managing the account lifecycle process (onboarding, offboarding, auditing) while step-by-step transitioning manual tasks to our newly introduced SaaS Management platform and enhancing its workflows.
- Improving internal security awareness by managing phishing campaigns and security trainings through available tools
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Internal IT Support, System Administrator, or similar)
- Experience supporting Windows and MacOS clients
- Experience with setting up or administering an MDM/RMM environment and maintaining endpoint security
- Willingness to pro-actively optimize and introduce new processes, tools and structures and drive new projects forward
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
- You are open-minded, flexible and enjoy working in a team with different responsibilities
- You’re already based in Berlin (or are willing to relocate) and are willing to come to our office 5 days per week
