We are seeking a Product Manager who specializes in B2B SaaS to shape the future of enterprise mobility management. In this highly collaborative role, you'll focus on both B2B SaaS and mobile platforms, responsible for leading product discovery, prioritization, and delivery. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Drive Product Discovery and Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering and design to define work scope, prioritize impactful initiatives, and enhance our B2B SaaS offerings by simplifying workflows and improving user satisfaction
Enhance Product Foundations and User Experiences: Simplify and modernize existing products to deliver enhanced value and meet evolving customer needs. Oversee new feature development to improve usability and integration, leveraging continuous customer feedback
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering, design, and customer success teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
Contribute to Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to refine and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, customer needs, and market demands
Key Initiatives:
Remote Condition Monitoring: Implement enhancements for real-time vehicle health monitoring without additional hardware
Vehicle Procurement: Streamline the procurement process to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Advanced Reporting Capabilities: Upgrade our reporting to enhance performance and support strategic fleet management decisions
AI/ML Opportunities: Explore the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to optimize product features, enhance data analytics capabilities, and automate complex processes, creating more intelligent and responsive systems
First 6 Months:
Refine the fleet acquisition process to enhance customer satisfaction and improve activation rates
Begin planning and discovery for integrating vehicle telematics data to enhance fleet management intelligence
Develop and start implementing a roadmap for new features tailored to the needs of our customers
Long-Term:
Establish and maintain a framework for ongoing product improvement that drives increased customer satisfaction and business growth
Cultivate a product culture that embraces innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making
