As our Senior PBP, you'll support driving engagement, development, and retention strategies while aligning people and business goals in our go-to-market organisations. As the bridge between Talent Acquisition, People Development, and Operations, you'll build trusted and impactful relationships, foster high-performance teams, and navigate change management.
With your experience, you will implement key HR initiatives, guide leaders through complex challenges, and champion the People team. Your Role
- Be a sparring partner for our leaders, collaborating to enhance organisational effectiveness by offering guidance and support to address people's challenges and build strong leadership capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our people managers and senior leaders, using your expertise and our People team to tackle tough business problems and complex challenges.
- Drive the future of work at Shiftmove by creating programs that keep our employees engaged, retained, and developed throughout their careers, aligning with our business goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and organisational effectiveness, using data and insights to make smart decisions.
- Coach and develop our team leaders in change management, building high-performance teams, improving engagement, effective communication, and handling complex team member issues, including terminations.
- Champion the Shiftmove company culture and values, ensuring all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Advise on labour law regulations and implications, and guide/coach leaders through conflict management, performance and conduct issues, and dismissals.
About Your Profile
- Extensive experience as a People Business Partner (Including multiple human resource disciplines) in a high-growth international environment.
- You have previous experience supporting GTM, R&D or other business functions
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of an ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive positive business outcomes.
- You have in-depth analytical skills and a proven track record of being data-informed in decision-making
- You are resilient with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment
- You have expertise in labour law and apply this by supporting leaders in the execution
