We’re now looking for a Product Manager to join our team—a role that offers the chance to make a lasting impact on our product offerings while helping shape the future of mobility management.

    As a Product Manager at Shiftmove, you’ll play a pivotal role in simplifying and modernizing our products, driving impactful customer migrations, and contributing to new feature development. With a focus on both B2B SaaS and mobile, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with teams through product discovery, prioritization, and delivery. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and success.

    What You’ll Do

    • Drive Product Discovery: Collaborate with engineering and design to define the scope of work, prioritize the most impactful initiatives, and continuously refine customer feedback loops.
    • Simplify and Modernize: Lead efforts to declutter and modernize our products, focusing on delivering value and enhancing user experiences.
    • Lead Customer Migrations: Oversee the successful migration of customers in our prosumer segment, ensuring seamless transitions and incorporating user feedback to refine solutions.
    • Contribute to Feature Development: Work on building new fleet driver functionality, including breaking down phases, evaluating necessary features, and collaborating across teams for execution.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a bridge between engineering, design, and customer success to align on goals, communicate progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
    • Inspire and Align: Provide clarity and motivation to your team, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables while fostering a culture of transparency and ownership.
    • Define and Execute Strategy: Shape and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders and leadership, starting with our mobile applications and scaling to other areas as aligned with business priorities.

    What Success Looks Like

    • First 6 Months:
    • Successfully manage the prosumer customer migration, keeping stakeholders informed and meeting the defined timeline.
    • Begin contributing to the development of fleet driver functionality by prioritizing features and collaborating on the phased approach.
    • Long-Term:
    • Deliver simplified and modernized solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
    • Build strong, transparent relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and shared ownership of outcomes.

    Your Profile

    • Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or related industries. Experience with mobile applications is a strong plus.
    • Proven track record managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception and design, to development support, release management and deprecation.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate customer pain points into actionable insights that inform new product features or enhancements.
    • Excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a strong sense of urgency, coupled with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • You understand when and how to use product analytics and product experiments.
    • Business fluent German and English.
