Are you curious about designing programs that drive impactful business outcomes? As a Strategic Programme Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of data and go-to-market (GTM) projects across shiftmove. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will coordinate efforts across data engineers, GTM analysts, and cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of key strategic programs.

This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate in building a program management function while contributing to data unification and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute detailed roadmaps for strategic data and GTM initiatives, using agile methodologies like Scrum.
Manage sprints, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
Define and implement program management tools and frameworks to improve project visibility and efficiency.
Act as the central point of contact between GTM, data engineering, and product teams, ensuring alignment and driving integration during M&A efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to unify product, customer, and operational data, while ensuring compliance with data governance standards (e.g., GDPR).
Provide transparent updates to senior leadership on project progress and build strong relationships to foster alignment and accountability.

Your Profile

Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
Proven program management expertise, with a track record of leading complex initiatives
Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with CSM certification or similar being a plus.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and governance frameworks
A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for building frameworks and functions from scratch.
Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic environments while bridging technical and business discussions.
